With over 10 years’ of business administration and managing the admin and schedules of numerous CEOs, I have a complete understanding of what a business needs to run efficiently. Being adept at business finance, staff management, recruitment and event planning, I decided to use my skills to help others.
My company Watson VA Services allows business owners to delegate and focus on the most important. Our clients can outsource all of their admin tasks and spend more time developing their business.
Towards the end of November 2020, I also started offering Bespoke Recruitment Services for administrative roles for companies who are looking to hire their own in-house contractors or employees.
I see helping others in managing their business as my life mission. I know how difficult it might be.
For me, there was always an issue with moving. Being originally from Minden, Germany, I moved to the UK 13 years ago. And that was not the last significant trip in my life. As a military wife, I’m used to facing the challenges that come with military life. Despite having several well-paying jobs, I often had to leave them due to military postings that saw us moving across the country.
For a long time, I wanted to create a business that I could take with me where I go and where I’d be able to use my best skills and expertise to benefit others. So I decided to go for it whilst on maternity leave with my second child and started Watson VA Services.
